"The hotel staff was amazing - very kind and helpful. We really loved it, apart from one problem that meant we didn’t get a great sleep. The room itself was very nice, but be aware that there is no ventilation at all. We were told they only turn on the AC in summer, but we couldn’t even open a vent to let air in from outside. The only option is to have the balcony doors open, and unfortunately that comes with a lot of street noise late at night and early in the morning. "
