"There was a little mix up with the confirmed booking to start with, which appears to be the company’s fault. However our host was amazing and immediately jumped in the help with the problem. He helped us with navigating the area and even exchanging money for local currency. "This property is listed by ebookers as being 0.01m from tahrir square. I booked with filters on as for a first short trip I wanted to be close to some attractions. Turns out this place is over a half an hour cab away from there and pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived, the taxi couldn’t find the property as it was in such a random location and then to add to that they couldn’t find my booking and demanded payment so took a few hours to sort this out. "The staff at Pyramids View In hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The view of the pyramids/ sphinx from the rooms were immaculate and beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning! The staff even surprised us with a cake for our birthday! loved the convenient location, as for attractions out of walking distance, the hotel staff were able to arrange drivers for activities same day! Overall an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!"
