"What a truly beautiful Aparthotel Cristina is. Just a 2 minute walk from the main centre of Zakopane, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. For us, it was the perfect location. Our room was simply outstanding, with dramatic views out over the mountains. Incredibly romatic. The staff at reception and dining areas we engaged with were lovely, and are a credit to this beautiful hotel. Two restaurants on site with fantastic reviews online. "It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...
