"Great value for money. Some 3-4 km from center of Zakopane, but easy to get to by bus or taxi. Large rooms, food breakfast. "

"It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center, or to the public bus station to go to different attractions. The transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket and different restaurants nearby, and is just next to the water park, making it ideal for family stays."

"The hotel is actually split across two buildings. They’re right next to each other. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was average but does the job"

"Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. "I arrived very early (as i took the night train from Warsaw); i need to work remotely and i was prepared to work in the lobby when they called me to tell me that my room is actually available already — they allowed me to check in at 9AM vs. the 4PM check in time! Really appreciate that! "
