"I arrived very early (as i took the night train from Warsaw); i need to work remotely and i was prepared to work in the lobby when they called me to tell me that my room is actually available already — they allowed me to check in at 9AM vs. the 4PM check in time! Really appreciate that! "

The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! "

"The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too. My hotel room door didn’t lock which left me uneasy as night, I even put a chair in front hahaha. My sheets came off one night and there was lots of old hairs on the mattress which gave me the jeebies. The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water. The service and the people are amazing. Some tightening up would bring this place back to life. "

"Nice quiet place to stay, a little dated, but nice. Plenty of pressure in the shower, plenty of parking, close to the center of town without making it a hassle. "
