"Absolutely not worth the price tag. Disgusting experience to be honest. I must say staff has nothing to do with it. It’s the hotel itself. We booked a classic lake view room which costed extra. Turns out it’s not in the main building like we would expect (this was not disclosed at a time of the booking). Room is dated. Small. Far from being the cleanest. Soundproofing- Zero!!! I mean zero. I hear people taking in the next room as I write this. Doors are slamming. It’s crazy. Impossible to sleep....

"Our room was beautiful, spacious, all the necessary amenities and amazing view. The staff was beyond friendly. They were helpful, professional and unbelievably nice. They made us feel very special. The hotel is tucked away in an alley way/ neighborhood so the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Our breakfast was fresh and made to order. It came it on a tea cart, felt very posh. We would love to visit this wonderful hotel again. "
