"The location of the property is excellent, near to center, the front desk staff is very kind also the staff in lounge in the breakfast time, the breakfast is good according to the price, the room is ok, but the problem was no body wash, the bottle was empty, me and my family take a shower with shampoo because never putting body wash in the bathroom Good place for stay"

"Great location. Room fine, bathroom floor dirty but plenty of hot water!. Only 1 chair in the room, should have been 2. Breakfast lovely, but inadequate seating indoors/outdoors for inclement weather. Obviously understaffed for breakfast...no spoons, no bacon,(delicious bacon , by the way) no coffee when we arrived. Was remedied Staff friendly, great valet service. "

When he stood up, he noticed his socks, they were covered…..in animal hair. I had surgery and I would have loved to be able to lay in the bed watch TV. But it wasn’t a TV in the bedroom. "

"It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was within a 10 minute drive to downtown. The beach was within a 5 minute drive and it wasn't crowded. There were a ton of restaurants to choose from. It was so much better than trying to stay downtown where it was difficult getting in and out of places. The condo looked just like was shown andhad the cutest patio garden with hot tub! "

"Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants)."
