"I checked In and they gave me a different room than I had originally booked. Front desk claimed they were fully reserved for the king size beds. Property manager Russel fixed it promptly and the rest of the stay was smooth. Kyle bartender was amazing. I gave a lower score for cleanliness because original room had crumbs on the floor and the second room they moved me to in correction had a few sparse hairs in the bathroom tub and walls.
