"El personal muy amable, ayudaron en todo y siempre muy corteses. Había un buen desayuno y una ducha caliente. El cuarto limpio menos la persiana y su cuerda que realmente necesitan una buena limpieza. Las sabanas y fundas necesitan ser renovadas eran muy delgadas y las fundas estaban rotas en algunos lugares. No había ropero o un lugar donde guardar la ropa. El hotel está un poco fuera de las calles más concurridas del centro de la ciudad."

Natalia (our host) was great from the first day we made our reservation and was very easy to communicate with her.
