"This is a fantastic hotel! We flew in on a late flight and then it took us 2.5 hours to get through passport control and to find a taxi (which is a complete con game—download the DiDi app before you come). We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2 AM and the staff here were so gracious and even gave us a late checkout. Breakfast is simply amazing and if you have children they will love it! "Located on East Road Nanjing, one of the most famous shopping areas in Shanghai, so very convenient. Room conditions reasonable, nothing to complain."
