"For 1 night the property is fine for airport. Very convenient for airport. It is clean. The hotel provides shuttle buses. Very reasonable price. Nice food in the restaurant. Only problem is there is nothing near the hotel. There are few shops but you have to walk 15mins. The problem we had as all over china staff donā€™t speak much English. "

"The front desk at the Yati is excellent, friendly and always are there to assist you. Ellis, Ekko, Lilly, Tracy are amazing. I spent so much time at the bar Andy and Joy became friends, Carter is a great manager at the bar. BUT, it would be awesome if there could be a Yati Happy Hour at the bar! Audrey the front desk manager has a great team. I hope the management realizes that the 5 star rating they get is because of the workers they have at the front desk. "

"Next to the Suzhou River Band near WuNing Bridge, beautiful. Night view is incredible in non raining day. There is a foreigner friendly bar/food area near the bridge. Many people walk and run along the river. Love it. The breakfast could be improved. Pretty basic."

"The hotel is very convenient, very near č±«å›­tourist area and the metro station. However be prepared to use your translator, the hotel staff speaks very minimal English, I was able to get away with it because I'm Chinese and was able to communicate in Mandarin. This isn't like Hilton or those 5 star hotels, you get what you pay for. All in all it's not too shabby, cleanliness is normal. Do take note that economy has no windows and no refrigerator. I paid for premium economy so it was better for me....

"Very good stay, courteous staff and the hotel is in a nice area. The only drawback was a series of thumping noises which began at 4am each morning. I think this was from the market below the room. Avoid the second floor for this purpose if possible but ask for a room with odd numbers up to 09."
