"A beautifully styled hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was spacious and very very clean, lovely view out of the full floor to wall windows. Our room had all amenities needed and a big bathroom with bath and shower. The bed was super comfortable and lovely quilt and plump soft pillows. Very good breakfast and choice of what you want. Such a shame they don't do evening meals anymore, as it's a lovely plush restaurant seating area. I feel it will stop people from staying. But there are great places around the city to go and all close by to the hotel. And the bar has a great selection. A Fabulous place to stay over the New Year, for 3 days. And we will definitely be booking to stay again next time we visit Stirling and the surrounding areas, which has lots to see too. "

"Liked that it was very cosy, very comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful and polite staff. Liked the dining room and bar areas and the open fires. Impressive to see the pool and tennis courts. Very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely go back. Wasn't expecting nearly as much as it delivered. Small constructive criticisms: shampoo is in a container that is inaccessible from the bath; be good to have some loose soap for use there. The exterior (and some interior areas) could do with redecoration - peeling paint etc. However great venue."

"Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag. "
