"Staff at the welcome desk was friendly and wonderful. Very nice building and room but I did not appreciate the stain on the bed linen.I left a note for the cleaning staff and slept on a large towel. Not the hotel's fault but guests were very noisy in the corridor during part of the evening which was quite annoying. I had dinner at the restaurant where the food was fabulous but the young lady providing service was horrible and not attentive at all.."

"Friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, very tasty food but central heating in all communal areas seemed turned off (radiators all cold) so uncomfortably cold in the restaurant and lounge areas. Guests wearing coats to keep warm. Heating in bedrooms fine. "

"Great hotel that is ideally situated just off the M8. Despite this there is no noise from the motorway. I was here for a number of nights and the only issue is had was the room was not always cleaned on my return, dirty cups and glasses were left in the room after the house keeping team had finished."
