"Satisfactory stay and very content overall. The room (deluxe double) was adequate and decent. One of the particular standout features was Elemis toiletries throughout the hotel - this is such a small, but fantastic touch and a noticeable feature. The gym and spa also a highlight of the hotel and very much enjoyed using those facilities. Had an initial look round shortly after arriving - it was a bit busy so went back later on in the evening and it was much quieter, perfect! Only little niggle I experienced was with the shaving kit- it was pleasantly provided in an Elemis box but the razor itself was useless! The shave kit needs sorting out because it's not fit for purpose. This was the only downside to my stay as the crap razor - which surely couldn't have been manufactured by Elemis despite the box it was in - trebled my usual shave time which was annoying and a bit of an inconvenience. Apart from that, full marks all round- the staff were also friendly, upbeat and energetic on any interaction and very quick to take care of requests, which is excellent. Would recommend and will return at some point. "

"I originally booked our last night in this apartment for proximity to the airport. As we drove into this lovely little town of Culross, we were instantly enamored with the quaint, old world charm and beauty! When we arrived at the Culross house, our excitement grew in anticipation of staying in such a beautiful old building that obviously used to be a Church. Julie did an amazing job, giving us every detail that we needed to feel right at home. As we entered the apartment, we felt like little kids discovering every tiny aspect of this beautiful place. The attention to detail, the myriad of amenities to make our stay comfortable and special are too many to mention! From the personalized welcome sign, the Wi-Fi password, the basket of goodies, chocolates on the pillow, to a fur covered water bottle for the bed if it gets too cold, so many surprising little details. Even the glassware and silverware were elegant. It felt like we stayed in a very high end designer home, just so comfortable and lovely! We wish we had spent our entire vacation here instead of Glencoe and Skye! We will be back to explore more and will definitely stay here! Can’t recommend this place enough! It will grab your heart and won’t let go!"

"We booked this cottage as a safe wheelchair accessible home from home during Mum's bathroom renovation. Plenty of space for Mum to move around. The open plan nature of the living space includes the cook too! The weather wasn't great but we relaxed in the house and had a peaceful time. The walks around the area kept my husband happy!"
