"This hotel was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean, beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

"Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre."

"Stylish interior, rooms were quiet and spacious. Would recommend for couples or small groups looking for a nice spot to take in the city in style. Evidently used to be a tea warehouse for the Dutch East India Company, so the walls are solid and the ceilings are ludicrously high in rooms."

"Only a one night stay but clean and comfortable. Not sure whose idea a black light switch on a dark brown wall in the bathroom is, shaded from the outside light by the bathroom door - ended up leaving the light on all night. Bath towels very small which might be an eco decision but meant I used two instead of one."

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "
