Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. "Pros: The service was great! Buffet breakfast good selection. Near many restaurants and shops. Cons: the parking was shared between 5 hotels over our 5 night stay we were able to park there one time. We had to park a good distance away from hotel. I would not consider this beachfront, as there were a mini shop and restaurant between front door of hotel and beach. The beach was not very nice, if you are looking for a beach vacation this is not it, we visited multiple other beaches which...

"Nice room & amazing view. Lovely welcome fruit platter & bubbly. However my room offered no shade after 2pm. No umbrellas. Apparently because of wind. Guess they don't know about concrete base umbrellas. So impossible to sit outside most of the day. Food very average. Built on a hill. Golf buggies available to drive you back up. Wouldn't want to be dependent on that in high season. "
