"The Harborside is a fine spot. It's a bit tired, but it's good value for the money. The AC works very well, so important in this part of the world. The pool is weak, but the place is really best as a one night crash pad. They will try to upsell you on check in, so be ready for that. The front desk staff has an odd air of superiority and importance for the most part. The Duty Manager, I forget his name, was particularly self important. Funny really, I think he instills that in others, because...

"It is an old 4-star facility. The rooms are not soundproof, and there are lots of doors, like in condo corridors. However, they are not bad for a quick stay. The location was great: it was in a a very noisy area but within walking distance of all city attractions. "

"The hotel was well positioned, close to all amenities. The rooms were clean but most of the lights didn’t work; though it was fixed later when reported. We checked in very late but the lady in the desk was very nice and accommodating. Over all a very nice experience. "
