Two things I found that need to improve: 1) communication; we came in on a Sunday midday and were not told the spa (famous) was not opened on Monday. "Our room was comfortable and spacious and bathroom worked well. Check-in was good but we had a few issues with room access only being available through a phone app. Had no other communication with staff until we checked out 5 days later. Breakfast is ok but doesn’t vary very much and all self-service. Nice to have an outside space with a pool but sadly this area is rather neglected with food and drink remains being left for several hours and even overnight. We felt uneasy walking around this...
