"The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street. However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. The heating system was listed among the room amenities; but the heating system did NOT work at all while we were there in January. It was cold. "Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However, there was a crucial, huge problem this time which made staying there very unpleasant.
