"When we checked in we were told we had been upgraded to a apartment which was really nice the room was spacious and had its own kitchen bathroom and living area with a sofa bed and a room with two single beds staff were very helpful and the hotel and room was spotless. Will definitely use this hotel again when we come back."

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, one of the male staff members (Steven I think) went out of his way to sit and show us the specific bus numbers and routes for each place we wanted to go, along with personally driving us to the local shop to get a bus card. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was spotless and spacious. Where this hotel falls down is the lift only goes to the 5th floor for some reason! We then had to get out of the lift, walk down a long corridor and walk up a flight of stairs to access our room. Made very little sense and may be an issue from an accessability point of view. "

"I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The view was great. Off the beaten path yet a convenient location to walk to many sites. The bar and restaurant was quite convenient and the meals were delicious. A big thank you to Jamie and Jonathan who were friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed. "Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Good buffet breakfast in morning with gluten free items available. The wheelchair accessible room was HUGE yet the washroom was compact and a bit bizzare like the shower controls outside of the shower area which made it hard for me to deal with when sitting on a shower shair in the shower. I think the EU regulations coming into eemffect in 2025 they will have to address some deficiencies in accessibility - like being able to use the patio. Dissapointed with...
