The staff were all cheerful, polite, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Without exception all were great. That’s everything. Oh and the spotless rooms were also great. And the breakfast is the best deal I’ve ever had at a hotel. Excellent choice, taste, and quality.

Lovely clean hotel, good location and nice rooms. We paid for breakfast which is all table service… however service was shocking. There was a group 6 of us but both mornings the order was wrong. And the second morning my own breakfast arrived 20mins after everyone else. No apology. Coffee machine went down too so only filter coffee. Poor from a good hotel.

I booked two rooms for my son and his 3 friends. Booking was easy. Great communication from hotel managers. The boys had a fantastic stay, they felt the hotel would easily pass as 5 star. They slept well and said breakfast was amazing. Temple bar was a 20 minute walk there and a 50 minute stagger back!! Great stay, Great staff and Great city!!
