"Customer service is not what you’re paying for. It’s very much a self service boutique hotel. It’s very nice, clean, and minimalistic. It has what you need and it’s a beautifully decorated hotel. The area is ok not as close to everything as I would have liked, but easy to get a taxi. Being able to take a guitar to your room and having amps in your room is a very nice touch! Over all I would recommend it, just manage expectations. "

"Fantastic place, clean and comfortable. Not too far from the centre. Was very warm in the room and hallway and the the thermostat didn’t seem to work (every room had its windows open so I suspect it’s a common issue). Easy check in / out and just generally nice vibes in the courtyard etc "
