Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation.
