"Cool place. Some free welcome drinks in the fridge. Fun atmosphere. We had issues turning off some green mood lighting. There is no phone to call front desk. When the staff arrived it took them a long time to figure it out as well. Otherwise, a great stay. "

"Solid 4 (very good). This hotel was new and 30-minutes by public transport out of the centre of Hanover. The tram/metro train is close by and runs every 10/15 minutes. The rooms are a good size with large comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is great with lots of choice and gluten free options. The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room make this a good choice for a relaxing break. We went into Hanover for dinner each day the choice local to the hotel is limited. "

"Stayed one night in this hotel. It is very conveniently located for someone travelling via A7 Autobahn. There are two parking slots in front of the hotel; hotel's own for fee or a free public parking. Despite of late arrival, there was no problems of any kind. Staff multilingual. The hotel was very nice and clean. Room was perfectly equipped and with a comfortable bed. Only minor issue was a somewhat cold floor of the bathroom. "Our reservation said reception would be available until 8 p.m. We arrived at 5 p.m. The door was locked and no reception. There was a number on the door to call but it did not connect. If not for another guest who happened to be going in I don't know how we would have gotten in. Our key was on the desk with no directions. We couldn't find our room.
