Mitarbeiterin am Empfang sehr unfreundlich. Kunde ist nicht Wert. Die lassen einen 3 Stunden warten ( nach 6 Stunden Fahrt) da angeblich check in erst um 15 uhr ist.

Jeg har aldig aldig før boet på et BogB hotel hvor vinduet vendte ud til en væg. Værelset var mørkt. Prisniveau som andre B&B hoteller. Alt var rent og pænt Området og parkering fint

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, alle Möbel stammen scheinbar vom gleichen Designer, was ein einheitliches und schönes Bild ergibt. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können: Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Einkaufszone in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls drei Gehminuten entfernt. Alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, da dauert es allerdings schon zwanzig Minuten oder mehr. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Check-in Katastrophe. Keine Minute früher. Empfang wurde erst ab genau 15:00 Uhr durchgeführt. Wollte auf den Parkplatz vom Hotel fahren, beim klingeln ging keiner ran und konnte selber schauen wo ich parken kann. Dann sagte mir die Empfangsdame sie könne meine Zahlung nicht finden und ich soll nochmals zahlen und mir das Geld vom Reiseveranstalter holen obwohl Beleg ich hatte über bereits bezahlt. Hat uns eine Stunde länger gedauert bis die Rezeption dann einen Kollegen angerufen hatte, der ihr sagte was sie falsch gemacht hatte. Und dann hat sie uns noch Frühstück für drei Personen abgerechnet obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Mal schauen ob wir das mehr bezahlte Geld wieder auf unser Konto bekommen? Die Fensterscheibe auf dem Zimmer waren verschmiert. Frühstückstisch nicht gereinigt sollte umgehend gereinigt werden. Waren Krümel und Getränkeflecken am Tisch und Stuhl. Nachts lautes Palaver ringsum. Frühstück war ausreichend. Wäre der Check-in professioneller gewesen dann wäre alles gut gewesen. Hatte schon überlegt meinen Rechtsanwalt anzurufen. Aber sowas ist mir noch nie vorgekommen, dass ich mit meinem Reiseveranstalter klären muss wo der Betrag überwiesen wurde. Und der Empfang kam nicht selber darauf. Hätte der Empfang gleich bei ihrer Kollegin nachgefragt wie es im System geht, wären wir nicht erst um 16:20 Uhr eingecheckt sondern genau 10 Minuten nach 15:00. Wir waren richtig sauer.
