Mitarbeiterin am Empfang sehr unfreundlich. Kunde ist nicht Wert. Die lassen einen 3 Stunden warten ( nach 6 Stunden Fahrt) da angeblich check in erst um 15 uhr ist.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, alle Möbel stammen scheinbar vom gleichen Designer, was ein einheitliches und schönes Bild ergibt. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können: Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Einkaufszone in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls drei Gehminuten entfernt. Alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen, da dauert es allerdings schon zwanzig Minuten oder mehr. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Check-in Katastrophe. Keine Minute früher. Empfang wurde erst ab genau 15:00 Uhr durchgeführt. Wollte auf den Parkplatz vom Hotel fahren, beim klingeln ging keiner ran und konnte selber schauen wo ich parken kann. Dann sagte mir die Empfangsdame sie könne meine Zahlung nicht finden und ich soll nochmals zahlen und mir das Geld vom Reiseveranstalter holen obwohl Beleg ich hatte über bereits bezahlt. Hat uns eine Stunde länger gedauert bis die Rezeption dann einen Kollegen angerufen hatte, der ihr sagte was sie falsch gemacht hatte. Und dann hat sie uns noch Frühstück für drei Personen abgerechnet obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Mal schauen ob wir das mehr bezahlte Geld wieder auf unser Konto bekommen? Die Fensterscheibe auf dem Zimmer waren verschmiert. Frühstückstisch nicht gereinigt sollte umgehend gereinigt werden. Waren Krümel und Getränkeflecken am Tisch und Stuhl. Nachts lautes Palaver ringsum. Frühstück war ausreichend. Wäre der Check-in professioneller gewesen dann wäre alles gut gewesen. Hatte schon überlegt meinen Rechtsanwalt anzurufen. Aber sowas ist mir noch nie vorgekommen, dass ich mit meinem Reiseveranstalter klären muss wo der Betrag überwiesen wurde. Und der Empfang kam nicht selber darauf. Hätte der Empfang gleich bei ihrer Kollegin nachgefragt wie es im System geht, wären wir nicht erst um 16:20 Uhr eingecheckt sondern genau 10 Minuten nach 15:00. Wir waren richtig sauer.

Vi fik anvist 2 værelser som ikke var rengjorte. 3. gang et fint rengjort værelse med rent sengelinned og rene håndklæder. Personalet får topkarakterer for at bedre situationen. Fx kom de med vand til os og der var gratis morgenmad for ulejligheden.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung auf unserer Heimreise von der Ostsee gebucht. Wir wissen, dass B B kein high level Hotel ist, hatten bisher aber immer gute Erfahrungen mit der Kette gemacht. Unsere beiden gebuchten Zimmer waren leider nicht gesaugt - das eine Zimmer roch auch etwas unschön. Die Rezeptionistin, die lieber mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt war statt mit ihren Gästen, sicherte Abhilfe zu. Daraufhin wurde eines der Zimmer gesaugt- das andere war dreckig wie zuvor. Insgesamt scheint in dem Haus Sauberkeit nicht groß geschrieben zu werden. Im Treppenhaus konnte ich vom 5. OG bis zum Erdgeschoss mindestens 100 bis 200 tote Fliegen,. Wespen und Bienen auf den Treppenstufen und auf den Fenstersimsen zählen. Die Lage mitten im Bahnhofsviertel ist im negativen Wortsinn "außergewöhnlich". Bis ca. um 2 Uhr in der Nacht fühlte man sich aufgrund der lautstarken Gespräche auf der Straße im Ausland. Der nahe Park, den wir im Hinblick auf unseren Hund ganz nett fanden, kann man auch nur mit einem Sicherheitsdienst betreten. Kurzum: Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Billig ist nicht immer preis-wert.
