"It was the worse experience in my life. Unfriendly lady in property, she stole our money, didnt give us accomodation and left quickly with her car. She left us alone there, in front of her house, with animals walking around, in a dirty place. She was rude, she cheated. Such place should not be authorized to give tourist service. Big shock. My friend got almost heart attack and she couldnt sleep that night. We had to move to another place."

"Property was in a great location for us. Near family that we were visiting and had a great place for the kids to play in Alfeld (7 Berge Bad). Listing wasn’t quite clear that the rooms were on the second and third floors, but the third floor can be closed off to keep little ones contained. Overall was a good place to stay - the third floor suite appeared to have been recently updated, while the second floor had not."

"Our stay was in three words: stressful, frustrating, and grimy. The man responsible for check in took us into the apartment, where he turned a valve, and said the “water tank is on”, and gave us a key. Once he left, the water tank was still not turning on and we noticed several other distressing items in the apartment to note here. 1) The ground had a layer of dirt and sand. Walking with our socks for under 10 minutes turned our socks black. Under the twin beds’ was an empty beer bottle....

"Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist gerämig und bietet ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien. und hat ausreichend Schlafzimmer. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich ein Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Ofen, Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeekapselmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach). Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist extrem ruhig. Schön ist auch der große Garten, gerdae für Kinder.Auch die Umgebung hat einiges zu bieten. Fußläufig gibts eine Höhle.Alles in...

"Hotel reception not open 0900-2100 as advertised but owners emailed me details of how to get into room and was very happy with service given!! Pizzeria and bar just along road and Aldi just around corner also 👍"

"I left the room on the first night and did not return. I had to find a hotel in the city. I could not communicate in any way with the person at the apartment. I had to remove my shoes before i entered. I had no lock for my room. When i asked about a taxi and my location to the city no one could understand or help me. This room was not suitable at all."

"Wir hatte 2 Wohnungen mit 5 Doppelbetten zur Verfügung. Nur durch das Treppenhaus getrennt. Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Vielen Dank."
