"Ideal location, room was ok but when we stayed last year our room was much better. Toilet broke on first flush but was repaired the following day. We could hear the constant motion of the elevator going up and down throughout the night which was annoying. "

"The property was in a great area just opposite train station very nice Hotel staff very friendly. Only 1 complaint it only gad a coffee machine and espressos cups very clean bedding and towels. Hotel had a bar area and was open late plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Would definitely stay here again "

"Lovely building. Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Good facilities. My only issue is that the layout of the building means you may have to walk a long way to your room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, if a little bit basic. Outside the building is mostly a golf course, would have been nice if there was somewhere to have a pleasant walk if you don't want to golf "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the Club room was very comfortable and stylish. I liked the pool and health club area, the facilities were excellent. All the staff I came across were friendly and kinds. Breakfast in the morning was lovely, a good selection of hot and cold options. Only thing that I would suggest is to have a regular cup in the room for those wanting a cup of tea. The coffee cups to go with the coffee pod machine are really small for a regular drink. I am sure someone...

"Pleasant stay, all areas clean, staff Pleasant and breakfast was very good."

"We booked two rooms for one night. Both rooms had large beds, good facilities and were clean. Breakfast was lovely with the usual full English and continental available. The only problem was as it was a Saturday night one of the rooms had a problem with noise from the street of revellers. Very friendly staff and the refurbishment is not a problem."
