"We needed a quick stay since our plane was super late. We got to use the pool and had dinner. Stayed at the room and had a shower and quick nap. The hotel was nice, room was clean, and staff was nice amd welcoming. "

"We had some issues upon check in, but Suzanna at the front desk went above and beyond for our family. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Excellent customer service from everyone including bellboys, and pool servers. We will be coming back here again. Thank you all!"

"The staff at the front desk was not friendly. A bit rude in my opinion. Room service took over an hour when we were told it would take 20-30 minutes. Staff at bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms are very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor in the room and bathroom was bowed and felt like it was sinking every time we walked in it. There was also a very potent sewer odor. When we asked about it we were told they were cleaning out the drain and there was nothing they could do...
