"Check in was smooth and easy. Staff is friendly and able to address all the questions I had. Location is great with restaurants and shops within reach. Underground parking is complimentary for hotel guests. Bathroom had not been entirely cleaned unfortunately but I was too tired to report which might require wait time for housekeeping or room change. The shower temperature is quite hard to adjust Bottled water in the room isn’t free. Otherwise all good and I think it’s a decent stay. "

"I had such a delightful stay at Hotel Arts Kensington. Everything from the staff to the room to the food and wine were so nice and comforting. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The folks cleaning the room did a great job every day making the bed and tisying the space. We had dinner our first night, and drinks and dessert another night, which was excellent and sophisticated. "It was a nice one bedroom appartment. We did not use the kitchen so I cannot comment on it. The only nice thing would've been if there was an outlet or table lamp with a usb port in it. They did have wifi but I had to email them to get the password. The check in and out were easy. The damage deposit should be returned within 7 days of check out."
