Disappointing as made a point of contacting the hotel to confirm what facilities we would get in the room which was confirmed and we were given the opposite. As this was celebrating our wedding anniversary we just stuck with it as we had lots planned and did not want the hassle of complaining on a celebration weekend"

"The personnel were absolutely lovely and helpful. Anne was wonderful and she had organised our meal after the kitchen had closed for a function. Everyone was so cheerful including the morning breakfast staff who were absolutely run off their feet as the hotel was quite full. We loved the whole Fawlty Towers set up :)"

"Excellent place to go if you want to relax and eat delicious food. The onsite bar and pub had excellent food and the customer service was top notch. The only complaint I have is that the room was very warm and we were unable to turn the heat down on the radiator and towel heater. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back!"
