"Everything was great with the exception of the screaming child in the room across from us. Parents of that child have zero respect for anyone on the floor we were on (15). Great remedy for birth control. For those parents that had no reservations for anyone on the floor because of your child you should be punched in the throat. Not the kids fault it’s your for not teaching them any manners and believing you are the only ones in the floor. You have no excuse. "

"It was a very spacious and clean room, with a perfect and elegant bathroom. The front lobby workers were more than attentive and kind. We got 2 free drink tickets at the hotel bar because of New Year’s Eve upon check in. It definitely got busy because of the cafe but overall was a perfect way to start the night. The location is perfect for walking anywhere and right next to the T stations. "

"I arrived at Logan 2 hours late - probably due to the 4” of snow in the Boston area. At 2:00am, no one picked up the phone for the “24 hour free airport shuttle.” It’s a 1/2 mile walk with poor interior signage, but I did finally get to the check-in desk."
