"The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. The next morning, she forgot to bring me the breakfast ( after 30 minutes of waiting I informed another colleague and...

"My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains. The rest of the staff from the bar to the restaurant was really accommodating and kind. It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cinema and the lake of course. "

"From Check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the Tapas style menu and the breakfast was perfect, will certainly use this hotel again maybe even for a Personal trip to use all the facilities "

"On night stay for a football game. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and so the front is covered in scaffolding and the halls and stairways are certainly more than a little tired That said the staff were exceptionally friendly, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, the shower was hot and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again "
