"Beautiful property. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast, so many choices and all good. My only complaint is, I couldn't get a decent cup of tea at breakfast. I was there for 5 days and it was the same every day. The coffee was great but I would have preferred a hot cup of tea."

"Our room was clean with a change of towels 4 days into our 8 day stay. We paid for a late check out but we were locked out by about 10.30am having to get someone across from Mantra Heritage with new key cards. Reception very rarely had someone in attendance and two out of three times the black phone hasn't been answered including the day we arrived. The pool was great with a sunlounge always available."

"We loved it here! Gorgeous property and location. So much to do or do nothing and relax. Service is fantastic. Food and selection is excellent. Wallaby out our back door. Had one of the best massages ever and so did my husband. Zero complaints! Absolutely lovely."

Cleaniliness rated lower only due to age of selected apartment that we stayed in and the climate (humidity). Sighted other apartments for future stays and these were immaculate. "Wonderful 2BR penthouse apartment and beautiful resort and pool. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We travelled at the end of January and the resort was very quiet. Kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend not booking through the resort’s website - our rate from Wotif was a bit over one third of the resort’s quoted rate. And recommend getting a Woolworths delivery the afternoon you arrive. Shops are 25 mins walk away, which is a bit rough in summer. "
