"The service at Parklands is exceptional. I particularly loved the 'cooked to order' breakfast and the spa. The hydro pool is the best I have ever used and the swimming pool is above average size. Could do with a fridge in the rooms. Room tip: In the upgraded rooms there is a super deep bath which was great. "

The room was spacious but dusty and windows didn't close properly. Staff attended to these issues promptly but windows need a permanent solution. Breakfast was great and there's a fantastic swimming pool on site. "
