"The service at Parklands is exceptional. I particularly loved the 'cooked to order' breakfast and the spa. The hydro pool is the best I have ever used and the swimming pool is above average size. Could do with a fridge in the rooms. Room tip: In the upgraded rooms there is a super deep bath which was great. "

"The stay from booking on line to the end could not have been better. I am disabled and my mobility is poor so the room was built around my needs. I had a problem with a leak in the bathroom and when I reported it the plumber was in attendance within five minutes. My friends and I had lunch on the second day and it was lovely. The only complaint was it could have been warmer. Nothing was a problem to any of the staff from checking in to breakfast to cleaners and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful. It definitely warranted 5 stars. "
