Some items were mismatched and the toiletries were terrible, but everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Dinner was nice and the service was quick. The lady in the lounge bar who brought our coffee was absolutely lovely - couldn't do enough for us. I wish I'd thought to get her name. I'd definitely stay again."
