"Friendly and welcoming staff. The air in the room was very poor. CO2 levels on 1800-2200 if we didn't open the window. The ventilation just circulated the air. Had to sleep with the window open to get the co2 down and made the room cold and damp due to the February weather. "

"We had a lovely stay thank you, i brought my daughter and son for a birthday treat for my saughters birthday, the receptionist was very lovely and polite. We enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities and had a lovely meal followed by a hot chocolate in the bar. Our room was nice and clean with all the aminities we needed."

"The hotel staff were very helpful getting the sofa bed made up. Great that there is a gym and a swimming pool. The steam room next to the pool was perfect for after a long day. The swimming pool itself was too warm in my opinion so we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The toilet and bathroom were split so there was no sink in the toilet which was weird. You have to walk to the bathroom to wash your hands. Breakfast had lots of vegan options, although...

"We were lucky enough to have a large room in the original building. The shower was amazing and the well stocked snack station on our floor was a real treat. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Good gluten free provision for coeliacs too. "

"The experience we had was very positive. The man on reception was very efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful and kept our luggage and did the check in for us as we arrived early and wouldn't be back till later. The room had everything we needed very clean a good size and the shower powerful. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. "All clean, i think Gitana had done good job and room well prepared. Reported one minor thing that the shower gel pump not working. Not the end of the world!!! Good breakfast though the queue for the coffee machine/hot water was slow."

"I love staying here and i find it’s my happy place as i always have one of the rooms facing the pool with a balcony and in summer you can sit outside and think you are anywhere in the world. The food is amazing The staff are always willing to help. Looking forward to my next stay. "
