"The staff were great at the Starhotel Ritz. When I needed help on a couple issues, the staff went above and beyond - they couldn’t have been more responsive. I liked the location, which is walkable from the central station, but right by Piazza Venezia. The only minus was the dated plumbing in the bathrooms but that’s a minor concern."

"The hotel was in a very good location. Close to Garibaldi station and you could also walk to so many places directly from the hotel. The hotel was always clean and tidy and a lovely breakfast choice. There was some outside noise on the evenings the nightclubs nearby were open but we were at the front of the hotel so maybe at the back you would have heard it less. It didn’t disturb our stay though and it wasn’t every night. The area was very nice, plenty of restaurants and in a good location...
