"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"First of all, this property is amazing - and exactly as shown. It's also in an amazing neighborhood. What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. "Pictures do not show how beautiful the views of the lake from this apartment. Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. "Such a great place. Great for groups. Our Host Anna and Daniele were extremely gracious. This is an absolute must for us to go back to and spend more time."

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Lake Como was iur first destination on our vacation in Italy. It was better than expected!! The location was secluded and quiet with great views but eady to get to restaurants and shops. A great way to start our vacation. The unit was very clean and everything we needed for our stay."

"Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."

"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

"Great base for exploring the beautiful area. Car essential. Highlight was our train ride from Lecco to Varenna and walk up to the castle. Host Nicolla very responsive and helpful.
