"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...

"Had a very nice deluxe room, although there was a short flight of stairs to reach the room. Service in the restaurant could have been better but no problems with the food. "

"Ive stayed here many times. The welcome is always warm and friendly. Rooms are well furnished, beds comfortable and great showers. Food is delicious evening meal and breakfast"

"Staff excellent special thanks to reception who sorted out an access problem. Breakfast extremely good. Room very clean but bedside table tatty which was a shame. Would have benefitted from a coffee table and larger tv."

"A nice stay but a few things could’ve been improved. Food was lovely and staff were friendly. However they just don’t have enough staff so the service was really slow. The room wasn’t great for the money we paid either. It was overlooked a bit and next to the kitchen so outside was a bit scruffy. The toilet was broken too and my husband had to fix it. Parking was a bit of an issue too. When we arrived we couldn’t even get a space on the same road. Lovely location though as walkable...
