"We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great, we even had room service and they were quick and food was delicious. Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Thank you"

"This was an excellent location to explore Bath. The hop on hop off bus had a stop near the hotel so I never had to use my car to get around. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. The car park was to the rear of the hotel and very convenient. "

"Convenient location in central Bristol. Staff friendly & helpful. The room and bathroom were small & the carpet stained & a bit scruffy. We were at the back of the hotel (away from the main road) but there was a lot of noise from works just under our window. As with most hotels these days the room was badly lit - why are these rooms always so dark? Drives me mad! "

"Was given notices months in advance that they would be going through some renovations during our stay; this was no problem to us. We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "

"Great location for the city centre. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and she was spoilt with treats by the staff in the bar. We had a basement room that was really quiet and lovely and dark overnight. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. Huge bathroom!"
