"Stayed (for second time) overnight, with family joining us for evening meal. Staff could not have been more helpful, a 'can do' attitude made us all feel very welcome. Excellent food, lovely surroundings / grounds. "

"Great location, reception were friendly and helpful on arrival and the room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The pool area was really nice, but too chilly to stay and lounge. Reception there was a little abrupt and overheard staff discussing "that Asian bloke who was here" which was distasteful. Refused a dining table at first on the Sun evening, went to reception and they were happy to book us on for 8pm? Meal was good but then had somebody else's coffees on our bill. Second night...
