"Decent location close to bus/train; walking distance for grocery and a quick Uber to eat costs around 8 pounds. When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep. "I am impressed with the level of cleanliness within the apartment and the room I stayed in. It was also easy to self chekin. Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette in the room I stayed in for 2 days despite a very conspicuous no smoking sign. I was not sure where this came from. I suggest you work on improving...
