"It was fabulous. Room clean. Food at bar and restaurant very tasty. Great spa and pool included. I only gave it good and not excellent due to the shower. It was Luke warm not hot. We complained and it was supposed to be fixed during the day. However night 2 and shower was still luke warm. The shower was lovely but There was definitely a problem with thermostat. "

Had to wait some time as occupied with two maids, laundry. Also one girl, pulling the bags down the stairs from 5th floor. "I arrived on the fri to meet marrisa who che cked me in with a beautiful smile and a plasent attitude. I only had one problem with noisy people in room next to me but it was sorted within 5 min. Rooms could do with a make over but it did not effect my stay. Location for train station and bus station excellent. All the way through my stay marrisa went above and beyond her job title. Booked another stay in june 2025 ."
