"Two rooms booked and were different ends of hotel - one had sea view- one poor disappointing view. Rooms were good size and clean but very cold as radiators hardly came on. We were on fifth floor and water took a while to come through warm. Queue for reception as only one person on Limited bar choice but a good breakfast and staff were pleasant in all areas"

"Really nice. Have stayed many a time, same name hotel different group ownership. If one comment, laundry etc should be best suited in another lift. Had to wait some time as occupied with two maids, laundry. Also one girl, pulling the bags down the stairs from 5th floor. Not good for them, besides that, a nice stay, just observation from there part."

"Hotel was well decorated in the main areas - looking fairly newly redone. The service was good. The only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet is terrible - i mean really terrible. We arrived at breakfast around 9.30 - the eggs were like rubber, sausages the cheapest you can buy, bacon like rubber, instant coffee only. The toast was the highlight, which speaks volumes. Otherwise a great stay."

"Evening staff member was in my view not very helpful has tv didn’t work and on asking him about it he said check source button and this didn’t work and was gone before I could tell him although did eventually fix it myself hence why i dropped a star but morning crew were so amazing and friendly and can’t fault them at all- breakfast was great - "
