"The outstanding friendliness and attentiveness of the staff truly stand out. The excellent location is just a few minutes from Paddington Station. While the narrow, steep stairs, compact rooms, and limited soundproofing—typical of London buildings—might be a concern for some, the hotel is super clean and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the small space for a tidy and comfortable stay. I’ll return to this hotel the next time I travel via Heathrow."

"The hotel was very convenient -- close to the underground as well as located close to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was walkable. The hotel was always quite busy, so it did get a bit noisy at times. But overall, the hotel facilities were good! "
