"Great hotel with very easy access to the city. Very quiet at night and also has a very impressive reception/bar area with lots of places to sit and relax with a drink. Parking is discounted at two of the near by NCP if you get a ticket from reception. Restaurant had a great selection for breakfast but can be very busy at peak times."

"Great stay at the Bristol Hotel. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist Marian who was also very helpful. The room was cozy with a lovely view of the river. Comfy double bed but we did find it a little small. The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for restaurant's and exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I really liked the decor, the room was big ( we stayed in a classic room) and the bed comfortable and it was quiet. No road noise, or pedestrian noise , despite our room overlooking the street. Nice shower! The room had tea and coffee making facility : a selection of herbal teas and english breakfast teas ( maybe a bit more biscuits would have been nice). We used the hotel’s resident parking permit to park on the road& it was just so easy to find lovely bars/ restaurants& cafes within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel."
