"Room was nice, quiet, comfortable beds. Staff friendly. £14 buffet breakfast was fine - small amounts put out so was to wait for most continental items, deep fried potatoe scones, bacon was very salty and fat uncooked. Sausages just not to my taste but did seem to be butcher quality."

"The Dunvegan was such a lovely hotel. We loved all the golf memorabilia and the history of the hotel. The staff were kind and attentive, and the location is ideal for enjoying all the sights of the wonderful town of St. Andrews. We hope to stay here again when we visit. "

"Lovely big room, just really cold. Thankfully there was an oil radiator, but as it was missing its dial, it was difficult to figure out how to turn it up. Friendly staff. Nice stay, good value"

"The spindrift guest house is excellent you get met at the door by the hosts Mark and Jeni, who make you feel so welcome like your part of the family. They show you around the breakfast room and the lounge . The rooms are big and comfy thw whole place is spotless. Breakfast is amazing and you pick what you want from a changing menu daily which is finished off with homade loaf from Jeni we had banana loaf this morning which was still warm.
