"Stayed at the Halifax for 2 nights b&b. Great clean 1st impression, confirmed by great room, very clean, peaceful throughout the night and a wonderful HOT breakfast the following mornings, would definitely stay again. Fantastic friendly staff, ALL OF THEM ."

"Had a really good stay at Mercure Sheffield Parkway. Had to mark down slightly on a couple of things. 1, had a problem with the tv, which was sorted, but then happened again. 2, bed was comfortable but found the pillows a bit too firm. Otherwise the room was very good, with plenty of space, and a good bathroom especially the shower which was spacious and hot. Really handy to have the small fridge too. And dogs allowed , yippee. "

"Stay was good but we are unhappy with a very small request we made . My wife was not well and not allowed to eat food outside so we brought food for her which we wanted to heat up and use their microwave for hardly a minute which they politely denied . Common sometimes situations are more important than rules . "

"Ok Parking always an issue on site and not a great route in but public car park nearby and is discounted. Room was really cold and no A/C. But they quickly changed it for a better one. Breakfast wasn’t bad for a hotel Buffet "
