"Self check in seems like more hassle than worth especially as staff on hand to help/do. Would have been far smoother to have a normal check in desk. Not like I got paid to work for them and do the job. Slave labour... Room ok, mid range fair. No glasses for bathroom. No towel rail either! "We got a warm friendly welcome on reception. Room was clean and smell fresh. All was good, except we got lots of noise, banging and walking from the room above. This was probably due to poor sound proofing. I will score this hotel 4.5 stars out of 5."
