Rooms are generously sized, and staff chirpy, though not necessarily blessed with the training and discipline you might expect in a corporate hotel chain. "Just awful 😞 a large empty car park except for one car and a smashed glass bar door covered up with a piece of plywood greeted you when you drove in. It spoke volumes really. We checked in which was pleasant enough by a helpful young man, and checked out again 5 minutes later. Not a good sign when the cleaning team were still cleaning the bedrooms at 4.30pm. But the main thing was the overwhelming smell of the corridors and the rooms was enough to make your eyes water and you could still smell...
