"Nice room but a bit small"

"Extremeley friendly and helpful staff. Would reccomend this place for sure. Easy walking distance to the central piazza and lots of eating options. My advice for dinner, check out 'Da Beppe' about 1 block from hotel and well worth the visit for dining at night. "

"This is a very traditional historic Swiss Hotel, located next to a bus station that is the end of the line (about a twenty minute scenic bus ride to St. Moritz). Because the hotel is very old, it has natural character and charm. That said, the bathrooms are modern. Our room had a balcony and nice view (but deck a bit creaky, due to age of planks - like I said, it is an old structure). "The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."
