"Excellent Hotel - would definitely stay here again! The ONLY issue we had was the Hotel were experiencing manpower issue and, therefore, were unable to service the room on the normal daily basis. Not a huge problem for us but could have been an issue for families with children included. "Situated around a 15 minute walk from the central shopping and restaurant areas of St Helier. Bus stop outside but infrequent service. The bedroom we had was a little jaded and dated, but comfortable. Public areas of the hotel were good. Had a pleasant meal in the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, though over-stretched at breakfast and had difficulty with turning around tables and replenishing food to keep up with demand."

"We had a fabulous 4 days at the hotel. Breakfast was exceptional, and food generally was a good standard. Every member of staff went out of their way to make the stay so enjoyable. Room with views over the lake was excellent. Two big events were put on over the weekend, but no excessive noise. Out only slight disappointment was the spa facilities were fully booked,.which the ladies in our party were looking forward to using. "
